When did you first become interested in a career as a fitness instructor?
About 2 years ago, I decided to get certified as all I wanted to do was workout so I thought I might as well get paid to do it with others!!!
Describe your personal exercise routine.
HITT/ Strength/ Circuit Training 3 days per week. Cycling/ Running 3-4 days per week.
What is your go- to- post workout food?
What "exercise fad" do you wish would disappear?
I don't have any. Any exercise is good exercise! It may not be the "best" for that person but at least they are trying!
How do you keep your fitness knowledge up- to- date?
I am constantly reading articles/ blogs. I keep up to date with my continuing education as required for my certification. I am interested in and willing to participate in almost any type of workout to see if it was effective.
